The official HOA vote for our inaugural board members, the decision to incorporate or not, and the ability to vote electronically is currently in progress. Notices were delivered to mailboxes on April 7th to every resident, and supplemental notices were posted on the neighborhood Facebook group. Please tell your neighbors to ensure they vote. We need 60% participation at this crucial stage.
Ballots are to be turned in at the clubhouse in a special ballot box between now and May 7th at 6pm. The votes will be counted a public hearing at the Clubhouse at that time. Residents can join our official Facebook Group for more information.
